Who it's for

Mixing Engineers

Stop chasing feedback
across texts and emails.

You send a rough mix. Your client hears something at 2:14 and tries to describe it in a voice memo. You get four messages that don't match. Tracklyst puts the comments directly on the waveform — so "around the second chorus" becomes a pin at exactly 2:14, every time.

Waveform markers Comments land at the exact timestamp — no more guessing what they meant
Version stacking Send v1 and v2 in the same link so clients can compare without a new URL
Feedback dashboard See every comment from every listener in one place, organized by track
Email backup Export all feedback to your inbox before archiving a project

Mastering Engineers

Clean approvals.
No back-and-forth.

Mastering is the final step — approvals need to be clear and documented. Share a playlist with the master alongside the reference, protect it with a password for unreleased material, and collect sign-off in writing. No more "I think I said yes to that one" three months later.

Password protection Keep unreleased masters private — share only with the people who need to hear it
Version comparison Stack the master against the reference so clients can switch between them instantly
Written feedback Approvals and revision notes in text, timestamped — a clear record for every project
Dropbox & OneDrive Works directly from your existing cloud storage — no re-uploading files

Labels & A&R

Review demos together.
Decide faster.

A&R feedback is scattered across inboxes, Slack threads, and hallway conversations. Tracklyst gives your whole team one link — everyone hears the same playlist, leaves their notes in the same place, and you get a complete picture without running a meeting.

Multiple listeners Share one link with your whole team — all feedback collected in one dashboard
Listener portal Every listener can find all the playlists shared with them via a single magic link
No account needed Listeners don't sign up — they just open the link and start listening
Organized by listener See each person's comments grouped together so individual opinions are easy to parse

Built different

Your feedback follows the project — not the link.

Send a new share link, swap out tracks, or rename a playlist anytime. Every note from every listener stays attached to the project automatically. No lost feedback, no scattered revision history — just one clean record of where things stand.

Common questions

Do I need to upload my files to Tracklyst?

No — your audio stays in your Dropbox or OneDrive. Tracklyst reads directly from your cloud storage and streams the files to your listeners. We never store your audio.

Do my listeners need an account?

No. Listeners open the share link you send them and start listening immediately — no sign-up, no download, no friction.

What counts as an active playlist?

An active playlist is any playlist with a live share link. You can delete old playlists from your dashboard at any time to free up space.

What audio formats are supported?

MP3, WAV, FLAC, AAC, and MP4 (Dolby Atmos). Atmos playback requires Safari or Edge.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your playlists and feedback data remain accessible until the end of your billing period.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

You won't lose any data. You'll be prompted to upgrade or archive older playlists before creating new ones.
